Ahdn't I heard about it. But it could be two or more manufacturers of the same brand. Many brands have their products manufactured by them. Many Swiss watches Japanese Swiss quartz components with mechanical parts. The name of the Swiss army is in possession Victronix but it can license to whomever they want. It is common practice, and you'll be surprised how many products produced in this way. Look at the cars, Honda Passport is made by Isuzu.
